Leland Trice, SRA was selected to address at Valuation Expo conference hosted by the Alterra Group

Leland Trice, SRA was selected to address the approximately 500 attendees of the annual Valuation Expo conference hosted by the Alterra Group each year in Las Vegas. Trice was a member of the Valuation Visionaries panel. The presentation specifically addressed how valuation services can be re-engineered to accommodate industry needs for enhanced products. Aspects of re-engineering elements include standards for workflow, data definitions, and data content; software solutions that migrate from being "form centric" to being "appraisal centric"; analytics to converge more automated statistical analysis with the local knowledge and expertise of a skilled appraiser; proactive quality control that mitigates much of the back end inefficient processes to identify error or fraud. Highlights of the presentation will soon be distributed in an interview with Trice to be published in the Appraisal Buzz newsletter. The Appraisal Buzz is an industry newsletter that reaches an estimated subscriber base of 50,000 readers. Trice is a Principal owner of Valuescape LLC.
