The Trice Group, LLC has resumed its independent operations

The Trice Group, LLC has resumed its independent operations from its Salisbury, Maryland office location. Leland Trice, SRA, MRICS was a former Principal owner of Valuescape, LLC. As of January 31, 2009, Valuescape ceased processing valuation services under that corporate entity. The three primary Principal owners that founded Valuescape have unwound their respective companies.

The Trice Group (and its former corporate identities) was founded in 1987. As one of the largest and most prominent providers of valuation services in the middle Atlantic states, The Trice Group continues to build upon its legacy for quality, service, and integrity.
