The Trice Group is a team...and much of that team is comprised of field appraisers. While we may not have opportunities at all times in all areas, we welcome inquiries from highly skilled and credentialed residential and commercial appraisers interested in working with us.

Contract Appraiser Positions are available for those who wish to supplement existing business with assignments from The Trice Group. Contract Appraisers are required to maintain their own Errors & Omissions insurance — as well their own equipment and data sources.

Staff Appraiser Positions offer benefits, liability insurance, and other company support services. Compensation is managed through a traditional fee split matrix.
